Included in the registration fee. Participants can enjoy a guided Copenhagen Canal Tour, offering a unique view of the city from the water.
Gala Dinner on 20 August
Not included in the registration fee. Gala Dinner at Væksthuset, a unique restaurant located atop the iconic greenhouse in Copenhagen’s Operaparken.
Ticket price: 750 DKK/ 100 EUR (including TAX).

Terms & Conditions
Cancellation terms
Cancellation of registration must be notified in writing to CAP Partner at registration@cap-partner.eu
Cancellations dated before or on 24 June 2026, will be refunded, deducting an administration fee of 300 DKK (40 EUR). From 25 June 2026, registration fees are non-refundable. No refunds will be granted in case of no show.
NB! Please note that tickets for the Gala Dinner are non-refundable.
If the conference is cancelled due to a global pandemic, the registration fee will be refunded. If the conference is cancelled due to other unforeseen events beyond the control of the organizers, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
Payment & VAT Terms
Payment is possible by invoice (bank transfer), credit card (Master or VISA), or EAN invoicing. Upon completion of the registration, an automated email confirmation will be sent. Depending on the method of payment, the invoice or credit card receipt will be attached. The PDF is an original and the only copy you will receive.
It is your responsibility to forward the invoice to the correct place for immediate payment and you must ensure that the correct VAT number and invoice address are entered during the process.
Registration fees will be charged in DKK (VAT exempt).
Gala dinner is subject to 25% VAT. EEM 2026 is registered under the conference secretariat CAP Partner; VAT number DK34599963. It is required that we charge local VAT. The reverse charge mechanism does not apply.

Shareing of contact details
CAP Partner has been appointed the official secretariat for the conference. CAP Partner will collect and store all personal data through the online registration system and will be treated by CAP Partner only for organisational purposes, in particular for matters in relation to the preparation and execution of the conference, hereunder registration and information about the conference.
Your data will not be passed on to any third party unless you have accepted to share your contact details with sponsors and exhibitors during the registration process.
